St. Bens

In 2019, we were challenged by a customer to design a warehouse that could look nice and be affordable as a leasable property. We constructed the third building that year, and followed it up with the fourth building in 2022. This has become a successful venture for the customer. The properties feature complimentary colors, colored wainscot and trims, and glazing where it matters, all combining to create a very nice property at an affordable value.
